Before you write
Most questions have a committee answer.
Your committee can fix more than you might expect, and faster than we can. These are the ones we see most.
I did not get the one-time password
Check that the number you entered is the one your committee has on record for your flat — the code goes there, not to the number typing it. Wait sixty seconds and ask for it again. If it still does not arrive, write to us with your flat number and we will check the number on file.
My dues look wrong
The ledger shows what your committee has recorded. Your treasurer can correct an entry directly in the app, and the correction appears immediately with a trail of what changed. Ask them first; write to us if the entry will not correct.
I cannot see something a committee member can
Access follows the seat you hold. A resident sees their own flat, a committee member sees the modules they handle. If you have taken on a new role and the app has not caught up, your chairman or secretary can change your permissions.
A parking bay is allotted to the wrong flat
The parking board is edited by whoever on the committee handles parking. They can reassign a bay in the app. The change is visible to everyone straight away, which is the point of having it there rather than on a notice board.
We want a feature that is not in the app
Tell us. Pilot societies drive what gets built, and most requests reach the app within weeks. Describe the job you are doing on paper today and we will tell you whether it is already covered or how soon we can build it.
